Hockeywise Limited takes your privacy seriously and keep information you submit to this website
secure. We do not share your personal information with other organisations, unless specified in this
privacy statement or required to by law.

We collect personal information from you, including information about your:
• name
• age
• contact information
• interactions with us
• billing or purchase information
• club

We collect your personal information in order to:
• organise billing
• set up and manage events (e.g. camps)
• provide you with information about events and products we offer
• understand your needs and improve our products and services through research, product
development and training

If we ask for your personal information and you don’t give it to us, we may not be able to provide
you with any, some, or all of the features of our products or services available to you.
We keep your information safe by storing it in files and only allowing access to personnel with
authorisation.

We keep your information for a seven-year period, at which point we securely destroy it by securely
erasing all digital files.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it
to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have

Note, however, we reserve the right to alter this privacy policy at any time without notice.

Refund and Returns Policy

We’ll happily offer a full 7-day no questions asked return and refund policy on all standard products that have not been made to order for you specifically if it’s in the original condition. If it’s off the shelf, unbranded and fully standard that we can sell again, we’ll take it back no problem at all. Send it back at your cost or drop it off to us and we’ll look after you with a smile. Please note: we cannot return any face masks due to hygiene reasons.

Now – and this is important – we make custom clothing and the nature of this business is that the vast majority of products we make are specific to order and because of that, these items are sold on an “all sales are final” basis. There are no refunds. No exchanges. No take backs. We made it for you and you alone so please do ensure you make the right choice before you click the button that makes the lights on our machines blink and custom items come out the other end.

That said, if the custom item we made for you is in any way defective due to our work, materials or anything else under our control (and we mean it!), we’ll stand by the quality of our work. If the product isn’t exactly what we promised it would be, we’ll take it back. We’ll either give you a refund or do the work again, whichever you like, and ensure that the custom items you bought are amazing in every way.
